Chafai Services LLC provides the following services:

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual agreements or proposals with clients. All services are provided on a best-effort basis. Results may vary depending on external factors such as platform algorithms, market conditions, and customer behavior. We may also operate ecommerce sales and customer communication systems, including WhatsApp-based order confirmation and support, on behalf of our own brands or partner brands

3. WhatsApp Sales & Support Operations

We use WhatsApp (via the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta) to communicate with customers and prospects. This includes order confirmations, delivery updates, sales follow-ups, and customer support. By providing your phone number, placing an order, or contacting us, you consent to receive relevant business communications via WhatsApp. We only contact users who have voluntarily provided their information or interacted with our services. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us directly.

4. Ecommerce Orders

For ecommerce orders processed through brands we operate, customers agree to provide accurate information including name, phone number, and shipping address. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before shipment. Payment is typically made via Cash on Delivery (COD) unless otherwise specified. Shipping times, return policies, and product guarantees are defined by the respective brand. Chafai Services may act as an operator on behalf of partner brands and is not always the merchant of record unless explicitly stated.

5. Order Verification

To ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent orders, we may contact customers via WhatsApp to confirm order details before processing and shipment. Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received.

6. Payments Fees for agency services are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due per the agreed schedule. We accept credit card, PayPal, and other listed payment methods. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Cancellation

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Grant timely access to required accounts and assets
Maintain clear and timely communication

Failure to do so may impact service delivery and results.

9. Intellectual Property

All strategies, creatives, and materials produced by Chafai Services remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.

10. Limitation of Liability

Chafai Services is not liable for:

Advertising platform restrictions or bans
Policy changes by platforms (such as Meta or TikTok)
Indirect losses, lost profits, or revenue decline

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
