2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of:

- Receiving a product from an ecommerce order we operate
To be eligible:

- You must provide proof of purchase or order details

3. Digital & Marketing Services
For digital services (including paid ads management, funnel building, CRO, email marketing, and consulting):
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
- If work has already been delivered, refunds may be partial based on work completed
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days
Due to the nature of digital services, results are not guaranteed and may vary based on external factors.
4. Ecommerce Orders (Cash on Delivery)
For ecommerce orders operated by Chafai Services:
- Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before shipment
- Payment is typically made via Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds may be requested if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The product does not match the description
- The order was cancelled before shipment
Conditions:
- The customer must contact us within 30 days
- The product may need to be returned (if applicable)
- Refunds may be processed after verification
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
5. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before shipment by replying via WhatsApp or contacting us directly.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and will fall under the return/refund process.
